 施工准备 The construction preparations 4.1.1

 技术准备 The technique preparations 4.1.1.1 图纸会审及设计交底 The joint examination of drawings and design explanations 对施工图进行图纸会审,做好图纸会审记录。

 Joint examine the drawings and record. 4.1.1.2 技术交底 The technique explanations 在施工前,向班组进行技术交底,明确施工程序及技术质量要求,施工重点、难点及相应措施。准备好施工记录表格。Before start the work, carry out the technique explanations to the constructing teams and define the construction procedure, technique quality requirement, the working emphases and working difficulties with their relevant treatment to the constructing teams.

  4.1.2

 现场准备 The jobsite preparations 4.1.2.1 现场临时设施:材料仓库,加工予制场地,工具房,生活用房等生产生活临时设施。The jobsite temporary facilities: the material storehouses, prefabrication ground, tools houses and living houses. 4.1.2.2 准备有关施工机具:将施工所需各种施工机具和手段等按进场计划组织进场。The tools and equipment preparations: organize the construction equipment, tools and instruments to enter the jobsite according to the time schedule.

 4.1.2.3 建立现场测量控制网 Set up the site measurement control network 根据 TCM 提供的测量基准,测设现场测量控制网(坐标和标高),设置并保护好标桩。各建、构筑物单体放线可依据控制网标桩测设。

 Set up the site measurement control network (coordinates and elevations) according to the benchmarks provided by TCM. Setup and protect the mark-pile. Set out lines of the mono buildings according to the mark-pile.

 4.1.3

 材料准备 The material preparation 4.1.3.1 材料进货及进场检验 The checking out of the material orders and deliveries

 所有进场材料必须具有产品质量证明书或出厂合格证,其各项品质指标应满足设计和规范要求。主要材料应按材料检验程序进行外观和物理化学性能现场抽检,合格后报 TCM 审查认可才能使用。All the materials entering the site should have quality certificate or factory certificate and their character indexes should accord to the design and criterion requirement. The main material should be checked out their appearance and physical chemistry characters on site and report to the TCM for approval before use.

 4.1.3.2 分类存放及标识 Store by

 their sorts and tag them 各种材料按品种、规格分类存放,并做好明显标识,以防混用。易受潮变质的材料如水泥等材料必须入库存放,防雨防潮。All sorts of materials should be stored by their sorts and specs and tag to avoid misuse. The material liable to transformation by the moisture such as cement should store in storehouses to prevent from rain and moisture. 4.2 混凝土管架梁柱的预制 The prefabrication of concrete pipe racks beams and columns. 4.2.1 管架预制采用单梁柱预制平铺浇筑方案,以方便吊运。因此要求管架设计方案能单根梁柱预制后再组装。Prefabricate the racks by the method of level paving and grounding one by one so that they can be lifted and transported conveniently. So the design scheme is suitable to prefabrication in one by one and then assembly. 4.2.2 预制场须做地面硬化,表面抹光,作为预制构件的底模。梁、柱按相同规格成组侧立支模,6~10 根为一组。每组构件砼浇筑完成后,应及时进行浇水养护。The surface of the prefabrication ground should be hardening and finishing to use

S praying water to maintain them after the components are to be completed. 4.2.3 管架预制钢筋混凝土作业步骤 Work procedure for C.R. pipe rack 一般按模板、钢筋、混凝土浇筑、养护、拆模的次序施工。

  curing demolition of formwork. 4.2.3.1 模板施工 Formworks 1)模板采用组合木模板,表面涂刷由润滑油、轻机油按 3:7 比例混合的脱模剂。The formworks are wooden-array formworks and painting

 stripping oil mixed by lubricant and light machine oil with the rate of 3:7. 2)按结构形状尺寸、施工荷载进行模板设计,确定拼板方案。在预制场适当位置予埋支撑系统的锚板螺栓,作为支撑系统的依托。Design the formworks by the structure shape sites and working loads and confirm the assembly scheme. Imbedding the anchor bolts of the supporting system in the suitable position of the ground.

 3)木模板需进行预制,组拼安装。The wooden formworks should be prefabricated and assembled. 5)梁柱直接利用预制场地地面做底模,待梁柱钢筋绑扎后再支设侧模和端模。The beams and columns use the surface of the ground as the bottom formwork and set up side formworks and end formworks after the steel bars bind. 6)支撑系统采用水平和斜撑支设,牢固可靠。The supporting system be supported by level supports and incline supports and fasten and reliable. 7)模板系统完成后进行质量检查评定。混凝土浇筑过程中还应随时检查,发现位移、变形、跑模时即时处理。Carry out quality assess after the finish the formwork system.  4.2.3.2 钢筋施工 The construction of steel bars 1)钢筋按配筋图下料,在加工棚内预制,进行冷拉、调直、截断、弯曲、接头焊接等加工。已预制完的半成品钢筋按配筋图编号挂牌标识,分类堆放。Measure and cut the steel bars according to the arrangement drawing. Pull, straighten, truncate,

 bend and joints weld in the shed. Number the semi-product according to the arrangement drawing and tag and pile up by their sorts.

  2)一般按散件预制后运至现场绑扎成型。梁柱钢筋亦可先预制成焊接骨架,运至现场安装。现场钢筋接长采用焊接连接。焊接接头错开 500mm 以上。Transport to the site disseminating and bind into form on site.  4.2.3.3 混凝土施工 The construction of concrete 混凝土施工程序图:The procedure drawings of concrete construction

 1)成品砼:Commercial Concrete

  砼采用商品砼。配料须严格按试验配合比控制。按规定制作砼试块,分别进行标准养护和同条件养护 Commercial concrete will be used. The concrete shall be controlled strictly according to the trial mix design. The testing cubes shall be prepared according to the regulations and cured according to the standard and under the same condition respectively. 2)砼运输:Concretes transportation 砼运输用混凝土运输车。若运距过长,拌和物产生离析,在现场卸料后应用人工翻拌均匀再用。Transport the concretes by the concretes transporting truck. If the transporting distance is to long, the mixture should create segregation. The mixture must be mix again before use. 3)砼浇筑和振捣:The concrete placement and vibration: 砼浇捣的关键是使它能获得较好的密实性和整体性。砼浇捣采用插入式振动棒振捣。振捣是防止出现蜂窝麻面的关键环节,必须认真操作。The purpose of the concrete vibration is to get better strictness and integrity.  运输 Transportation

 在浇筑过程中随时检查模板、钢筋及留洞埋件情况,发现有变形、位移时及时采取措施处理。Check the formworks, steel bars and left holes constantly and deal with in time if there is any deformation and displacement could be found. 4.2.3.4 养护和拆模:Concrete curing and formwork removal 1)砼浇筑 12h 后,砼终凝后及时浇水养护,气候干燥时应加麻袋覆盖浇水养护。养护期 7~14 天。After 12h of the concrete casting and final coagulating, irrigate them and cover with moist hemp bags if the weather is dry. 2)模板拆除应避免产生缺棱掉角和裂缝。应在砼强度达到设计强度的 75%~100%时才能吊运。Avoid damages and cracks during the removal procedure. Lift and transport the concretes after their intensity reach 75%-100% of the design intensity. 3)拆模后吊运至构件堆场,按规格码放,做好标识。Lift and transport the concretes to the stock pile after formwork removal, pile up by their specs and tag. 4.3 杯型基础施工 The construction of the cup type foundation 4.3.1 测量放线 Measurement and setting out lines 根据场地测量控制网,放出建筑物的轴线和标高控制桩。预制排架结构基础通常为独立杯型柱基。在每个柱基的四边设龙门桩控制轴线和边线。Set out the axis lines and elevations of the structure according to the ground measurement control network. The prefabricated bent structure foundations are often the cup type mono plinths. Set out their control axial lines and sidelines at the four sides of the plinths. 4.3.2 基坑开挖 The excavation of the foundation holes

 按基础设计尺寸、底标高挖出基坑。土方开挖采用机械开挖,人工修整。Excavate the foundation pits according to the design sizes and bottom elevations. Excavate by a excavator and trim by men.

  4.3.3 设计有垫层时,铺设垫层混凝土。在垫层上放出基础轴线和边线。Cast the lean concrete if there is needed by the design and set out the axial lines and sidelines of the foundation on the bedding course.

 4.3.4 基础一般为台阶形,台阶部分应整体浇筑。The foundations are often steps type and place the concrete of the steps as a whole. 4.3.5 基础上层台阶的模板和杯口内模可在坑口架梁吊设。杯口内模应易于拆装。拆模后及时将杯口内表面拉毛,并清理干净。The formwork of the upper steps of

 the foundation and the formwork inside the cup mouth should be hang up to the beam cross over the pithead.

  4.3.6 由于基础顶面一般低于地面,基坑回填土应在柱身安装施工完后进行。The backfilling activities should be carried out after the completion of the column shaft installation because the top of the foundation is normally lower than the ground. 4.4 混凝土管架安装施工 The installation of the concrete pipe racks

 4.4.1 将预制好的混凝土管架梁柱构件吊运至安装位置,按吊装顺序摆放。Transport the prefabricated concrete pipe racks beams and columns to the installing positions and pile them up according to the installing order. 4.4.2先将杯口底部按设计标高用水泥砂浆或细石混凝土找平。Align the bottom of the cup mouth by the sand-cement slurry or small-stone concrete accord to the design elevations. 4.4.3 将管架立柱吊放进杯口内,找正轴线和垂直度后用木楔临时固定,在杯型基础内用水泥砂浆或细石混凝灌浆。管架立柱灌浆分两次,第一次灌至木楔底;第二次拔掉木楔后灌平杯口顶面。Put the posts into the cup mouth and fix by a chocks after verify the axial lines and verticality and then grout. The grouting of the beams and columns in times, grout to the bottom of the chock for the first time and then pull out the chock and grout to the top of the cup.

 4.4.4 管架立柱灌浆经养护达到一定强度才能安装管架横梁。The grouting of the posts should be maintained and reach a certain intensity and then install the cross beams. 4.4.5 管架横梁安装应搭设临时支撑,并能进行轴线、标高、水平的调整。Set temporary support when install the cross beams and adjust the axial lines, elevations and levelness. 4.4.6 管架横梁与立柱的连接方式按设计确定。一般有焊接、螺栓连接、浆锚连接、现浇节点等方式。管架横梁经校正和临时固定后,根据连接方式进行节点处理。Confirm the connection modes between the post and the cross beams of the pipe racks. There are welding connection, bolts connection, slurry connection and grouting nodes connection. After the verifying and temporary fixing of the racks cross beams, deal with the nodes according to the connection modes. 4.5 回填土 Backfilling

 混凝土管架组拼安装完成后,拆除支撑系统,进行土方回填。回填应分层夯实、整平。After the installation of the concrete racks, remove the support system and back fill. The backfill should tamp and flat in layers.

Top
