一、学习情况

在开展第二批群众路线教育实践活动以前，对中央关于深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动的意见及习近平、刘云山等领导同志的重要讲话进行了学习，同时认真学习党的十八大、中央八项规定和省州县相关文件、会议及领导讲话精神等，为开展第二批教育实践活动作准备。

开展学习教育实践活动以来，按照 “照镜子、正衣冠、洗洗澡、治治病”的总要求，深入贯彻落实中央八项规定，坚持对照“理论理想、党章党纪、民心民声、先辈先进”四面镜子，把学习作为首要任务，边学边查边改。严格按照支部制定的学习计划，把集中学习与自主学习结合起来，通过参加班子集中学习、省州组织的培训、网上查阅相关文件资料、研读教育实践活动读本等方式，集中学习《党章》、十八大报告和《论群众路线——重要论述摘编》、《党的群众路线教育实践活动学习文件选编》、《厉行节约、反对浪费——重要论述摘编》等内容，积极参加文山州学习

二、主要体会

（一）学习是提升能力的基础，必须牢固树立终身学习的思想意识。通过对学习实践活动相关读本、相关文件和领导讲话精神的学习领会，使我对老一辈革命家的理想信念、群众工作方法和高尚情怀有了更深的感受，对当前改革发展，特别是对三农发展的政策措施有了更深的理解，对新形势下履行好岗位职责，做好群众工作的纪律要求有了清醒的认识，并在学习中掌握了一些新知识和方法，使自己的视野和思维得到了开拓。体会到只有加强学习，才能不断提高自己的认知能力和思维能力，在工作生活中不断提升修正自己，并在学习中感受先辈前贤的崇高行为而不断激励鞭策自己。活到老学到老。作为一名党员干部，我们必须牢固树立终身学习的思想意识，以不断获取知识和精神上的成长，永葆共产党员本色。
